Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding Bodybuilding girls, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of competing professionally as IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness) athlete?
As in everything, I believe that work is what leads us to make a difference. Commitment to maintaining the lifestyle and the discipline that is necessary for moments in which motivation is lacking.
You have been associated as a sponsored athlete with Ronnie Coleman, who is regarded as one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time; he is the winner of eight consecutive Mr. Olympia bodybuilding titles. During his career, he broke the record for the most IFBB wins. Tell us more about your experience of working with a legend?
Ronnie Coleman is undoubtedly a friend and one of the best person I have met in my life. It has been an honor to work with him and attend events with the best bodybuilder in history. And I learn that the greatest are always the ones who have the best heart.
You have done bold photo shoots Ryder wear, ‘Ana Cozar, Calendar 2020’ and on your Instagram handle @espana927. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?
The truth is, I don’t like taking professional photos, I feel better when I take them myself. I do, but…. hahahaha the result is better when done by a professional.
