Namita Nayyar:
Your Stake on fad diets & supplements to achieve weight loss? Your definition of a healthy body?
Courtney Hope:
I don’t believe in fad diets or supplements just because the bandwagon is doing it! Everybody is different, processes food different, needs different supplements and what is good for one may not be good for another! I always say, find what your allergic to and avoid it, learn what your defiant in vitamin wise and take those that your body individually needs, and then stick to non-processed foods! A healthy body one that is balanced and well-nourished with what is craves and desires on a chemical and nutritional level. The whole point is to feed our own body with what it needs to function throughout the day, so our mind and spirit can follow suit!

You are a certified cardio barre, pilates, and piloxing instructor and love to teach at your local studios. How do you go about managing time and giving your best input?
Courtney Hope:
I love what I do! I love training people, inspiring people, and watching their transformations mentally and physically! I am constantly learning and growing myself and I try to express that in my teaching so we’re all on the journey together!
Namita Nayyar:
Your daily skin & hair care routine?
Courtney Hope:
I live by Rodan and Fields and Dermalogica! Sometimes I’ll try different clay masks, but those products have been the best for my skin! As far as my hair goes, I love to air dry it as often as possible. Nourish it with Moroccan oil and It’sA10 leave in conditioner! I’m trying to grow it out and keep as many hot tools off it!
