Frankie Essex slimmed down to 10st 7lbs after embarking on gruelling new exercise regime. Frankie, who is 5 ft 7in, has lost two stone – slimming down to her ideal weight of 10st 7lb. And she is sure that this time she will keep off the weight for good. She feels so much slimmer and sexier.

Frankie Essex is famous for being television star of “TOWIE”. She is in conversation with Namita Nayyar President Women Fitness.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You must have started working as an actress and model at a young age. You starring in hit ITV2 show TOWIE propelled your career to the height where you have been at the top of the world of being a television star and a model. Tell us about this fairy tale professional journey?

Ms. Frankie Essex: I was 23 years of age when I first was in TOWIE. It was an amazing experience I wouldn’t change it for the world. I wasn’t all that confident but filming and having to meet so many people and communicate really helped me find myself which is also an amazing thing too.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are world leading media personality, model, actress, reality TV star and Style Icon. How you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Ms. Frankie Essex: I don’t really see myself as that but I really should take a step back and realise I am I suppose it’s quite overwhelming.
