Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are now a fitness entrepreneur. Tell us more about your popular venture GiaMacool.com?
Ms. Gia Macool: Since I was a little girl, I never liked having a boss. I knew from a early age I could do whatever I wanted as long as I was willing to make the sacrifices so I could be my own boss. I still work on taking direction from others…it’s a work in progress:) ha! Seriously though you never know where life will take you in the end. There may come a time that I will have a boss who knows…but until then I work hard, take chances and believe in my abilities. GiaMacool.com is another resource for fitness models and curvy women to find sexy swimwear for shoots or just for the hubby.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have done many photo shoots and have shown your spectacular chiseled physique. What advice do you wish to give to the women of today to be body confident in order to do such fitness & glamour modeling?
Ms. Gia Macool: Well thank you for the compliments. Im trying to work on seeing myself the way you so eloquently spoke of it. I don’t always like my body and tend to see the imperfections. But I rock it anyway! You cannot sweat the small stuff! No one is Perfect, and you have to get that out of your head. Start looking only at the good qualities. If you don’t know what they are just ask anyone around you because that’s what everyone else sees.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: With an audience of over 425k followers on your Instagram account @giamacool, you’re famously known as the “Sexy Instagram Fitness Model”. This has made you a social media sensation and an internet leading star. How does it feel that you are able to influence the healthy lifestyle of so many individuals?
Ms. Gia Macool: Makes me happy if I can change just one person’s view on life. Giving them a more positive view on the future. I know I can’t control the world or change bigger issues going on such as the violence and hate but if only a few people have better days because of me, I’m extremely happy! Getting into this made me see things very different. It has opened my eyes to what’s important in life. It’s not about who knows you, what you own, how you look. Rather, it’s the quality of life your living. Health is so important and since anyone can lose it in the blink of an eye, why not treasure it and take care of it instead of throwing it away on things like eating disorders, obesity, drugs addictions or drinking.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and message for its visitors?
Ms. Gia Macool: Thank you so much for taking the time to hear my thoughts and beliefs. I’m honored to be featured online at womenfitness.net and hope I can get the chance to meet those reading this interview, until then please come by my other social media pages and say hi!
