Namita Nayyar:
We all have cravings! What is your guilty pleasure or favorite treat when you allow yourself to indulge?
Grace Arzuza:
I don’t really like calling food a “guilty pleasure,” because I don’t believe we should feel guilty for enjoying something. I definitely have moments when I want something sweet or simply want to enjoy a meal without thinking too much about calories. I believe balance means being able to enjoy those moments without guilt and then simply returning to your normal habits.
Namita Nayyar:
Beyond food, what role do hydration and supplements play in your daily regimen? Do you have any non-negotiables you take every day?
Grace Arzuza:
Hydration is very important to me, especially because I train regularly and stay active throughout the day. I also use supplements as a complement to my lifestyle rather than as a replacement for good nutrition. My routine can include things such as vitamins and other supplements depending on what I need at a particular time. I believe the foundation should always be sleep, nutrition, movement, and hydration, with supplements playing a supporting role.
Namita Nayyar:
You have radiant skin. What does your morning and evening skincare routine look like? Are you a minimalist or a multi-step enthusiast?
Grace Arzuza:
I believe consistency is more important than having an extremely complicated routine. In the morning, I focus on cleansing, hydration, antioxidant care, and, most importantly, sunscreen. At night, I make sure to remove makeup thoroughly, cleanse my skin, moisturize, and use targeted products depending on what my skin needs. I also believe that skincare is not only about products—it is about hydration, sleep, nutrition, and protecting your skin from the sun.
Namita Nayyar:
Can you name one or two skincare products you simply cannot live without?
Grace Arzuza:
If I had to choose, sunscreen would definitely be at the top of the list. It is one of the most important steps in maintaining healthy-looking skin. I also love a good moisturizer because keeping the skin hydrated makes such a difference in how it looks and feels.
Namita Nayyar:
Beyond the face, you clearly take care of your entire body. Do you have a specific ritual for body moisturizing, exfoliation, or treatments?
Grace Arzuza:
Yes. I try to treat body care as an extension of skincare. I moisturize regularly, especially after showering, and I like gentle exfoliation when my skin needs it. I also pay attention to areas that tend to become drier. For me, body care is a small daily ritual that helps me feel polished, confident, and connected to myself.
Namita Nayyar:
Your hair always looks incredibly healthy. What is your secret to maintaining its shine and strength, especially with styling and environmental stress?
Grace Arzuza:
My biggest secret is being consistent with care and not taking healthy hair for granted. I try to use good-quality products, keep it hydrated, and be mindful of how much heat and styling I expose it to. Professional treatments can also help, but I believe the real secret is giving your hair care consistently rather than only paying attention to it when there is a problem.

Namita Nayyar:
What is the one beauty or makeup tip that you swear by for looking instantly refreshed and put-together?
Grace Arzuza:
For me, healthy and hydrated skin is the best makeup. When the skin is well cared for, you don’t need to cover it with too much product. A little concealer, defined brows, mascara, blush, and a touch of lip color can instantly make you look refreshed. And never underestimate the power of confidence—it changes the way everything looks.
