Ms. Namita Nayyar:

When did you decide of being part of the show? What motivated you take this up?

Ms. Heloise Agostinelli:

I never thought I would ever be on the show. It just kind of happened by default because of my relationship with Jamie and I want to support him. I’m happy to be making a few appearances here and there but at the same time I have a lot of aspirations and am very passionate about many things. I plan on exploring many future career fields such as Nutrition, fashion and well-being.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Being a model and a reality TV star, we’re pretty sure you lead a hectic lifestyle. Introduce us to a day in your life.

Ms. Heloise Agostinelli:

Well there are 365 days in a year and I can tell you right now that none of them are the same. I live a very hectic yet enjoyable life. Two days ago I was in Miami with my family and now I’m in London. Next week I’ll be in Monaco attending one of my close friend’s wedding. But I like to keep my days in London filled with routines that involve working out at KX gym, meeting my friends for lunch, studying my Nutrition course lectures. I am also brand ambassador of CPress juice which is an organic nutritional brand which produces fresh cold press juices as well as other healthy nutritious meals. That takes up a lot of my time as well.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You have an incredibly fit and well-sculpted body. Share with our viewers, exercises that comprise your fitness regime on a daily basis to achieve such a fit body?

Ms. Heloise Agostinelli:

Thank you, I workout 4 to 5 times a week depending on my schedule. I enjoy running, Pilates and yoga and have just started taking up spinning classes which I am really enjoying at the moment. I think it is important to not just focus on cardio and work with weights which is what I focus on when training with my trainer Dan.
