You are a leading media personality, Italian Television & Radio Personality, International model, Playboy model, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Thank you! It’s actually a lifestyle that suits my personality well. I love to be multifaced, to work on multiples project, and to have an intense life! I think the key to not losing yourself is, professionally to create your own team, of very competent people, and personally to surround yourself with trustworthy people.
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Even though gyms are closed (again!), it is important to keep a strict workout routine. Mine is a 30 minutes bodywork every day, focusing on legs and abs. I also love HIIT and I try to walk as much as possible (which I recommend during a pandemic!)
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
I don’t follow any special diet, I must confess that I love good food, I just focus on eating the right quantity, vary my alimentation and drink a lot of water.
The only diet I have is before a shooting, the few days before, I try to eat as healthy as possible with a focus on fish and vegetables. I also complement with [draining] for the liquids.
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Thanks you! It is pretty hard to maintain a disciplined diet while getting all the vitamins your body need, so I believe it is very helpful to have dietary supplements. Every day I take vitamins for my hairs, skin and nails. Those vitamins are called “maximum support “by Perfectil .
In addition, for my skin I use a natural moisturiser, and an eyes contour cream that an apply every night. On top of that, every 20 days or so, I use an anti-age mask.
For my hair, on top of the vitamin, I try to dry my hair naturally prior to a shooting.
