Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are a world leading Media Personality, Fashion Model and Makeup Artist. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Ms. Jade Hill: It’s quite simple and easy when you enjoy what you do. If you love what you do, it feels as though it’s as easy as taking a single breathe. When it gets tough, I take deep breathes and persevere as even those that love what they do have challenging days.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Jade Hill: I do one-on-one boxing with a boxing coach. I do Pilates and every now and then I run. In summer I cycle, and in winter my discipline in sleep is fantastic! Ha-ha.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Jade Hill: I do eat healthy. I try not think of it as a diet and more as a lifestyle as it’s easier to stick to. I eat a balanced diet that contains proteins, good fats and carbohydrates and plenty vegetables and fruit. I drink up to 3L of water a day and I don’t drink sugar or carbonated drinks. I am only human and I do get cravings especially for chocolate. I eat healthy during the week and I will reward myself with a cheat meal on the weekend.
