Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are a world leading media personality, fashion model, swimsuit designer and a brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Ms. Julia Pereira: That’s easy for me to manage cause I really love what I do so I always find time to work on it and I have the support of my family and boyfriend.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine which you may wish to share?
Ms. Julia Pereira: I usually work out 4 to 5 times a week.
Doing sports, exercising is something I can’t live without. Its a way of living that not only keeps me in shape but also helps me attaining my inner piece, it gives me more energy, joy, contentment.
I love taking several classes such as jump, body pump, cross fit, ballet, pilates, dance, spinning, among others and I also run and lift weights.
When I have time and opportunity I also enjoy playing tennis and wakeboarding.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Julia Pereira: I don’t like to starve. I like to eat healthy, clean, fresh and work out a lot.
I tend to always have fresh vegetables, green juices, lean protein, nuts, seeds, whole grain food in my meals.
I try not to but sometimes I do eat chocolate, cakes, sweet desserts. When I do it, I work out harder.
And I love coffee. I have a cup once or twice a day.
