Women Fitness’ President Namita Nayyar recently had the most wonderful time chatting with Khloë Terae on what motivated her to develop her own product, Cali Girl Cleanse, and how she keeps herself maintained so exceptionally well.
Your day begins with?
A morning stretch, checking my calendar for what plans I have for the day and taking all my vitamins including Cali Girl Cleanse.
Most memorable photoshoot done up till now?
I met an amazing couple on my trip to Santorini Greece, who are the photographers and designers for Santorini Dress. You can check them out on Instagram @santorinidress. They invited me on a trip to Iceland which was where I had my most memorable photoshoot. Iceland was the 40th country I ever travelled to and I shot barefoot on an iceberg which I climbed myself. It was the most difficult photoshoot but also the most rewarding as the photos turned out absolutely unique and artistic.
When do you like to workout: Morning or Evening?
Definitely morning over evening but sometimes BOTH. It puts me in a clear and positive state of mind. Although I do go to the gym I also find that I like doing activities like hiked paddle boarding and recently I’ve taken up tennis.
