You are world leading media personality, TV star, glamour model, style icon and a businesswoman. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Ms. Kimberley Garner:

Thank you for such a beautiful question. I have a great diary where everything gets written in, so I try and manage my time. Running Kimberley London is a big commitment as any company is, but I really love what I do and wake up excited. Which is the best thing.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Ms. Kimberley Garner:

I do a mixture of Zumba and Ballet. Zumba is a great way to stay in shape and is also really fun, I go with a girlfriend each week and it is such a giggle, we find we are dancing around all evening after it. I also do Ballet once a week, its very relaxing and great for core strength.

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Ms. Kimberley Garner:

I was always taught the old saying, breakfast for a king, lunch for a queen, and dinner for a popper. Its so important that girls eat right, but not worry too much about it. I have started loving Green Juice as an alternative to coffee, its made up of lots of healthy green vegetables, its not the most yummy thing, but really makes me feel so well. Running around in London can be so busy and its a great way to get some vitamins. I have always had a real sweet tooth, I love my sweet treats and feel that life is too short to not enjoy yourself occasionally.

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?

Ms. Kimberley Garner:

I have always believed that it is so important to look after yourself naturally, and that make up etc should just be a bonus. It has been said a million times but drinking lots and lots of water is a great way to hydrate the skin. I also started using Elemis products morning and night, they are very natural and great for sensitive skin. I use a cleanser morning and night and a good night cream is a great way to wake up looking fresh, even after a late night!
