You are a world leading Media Personality, Model, Fitness Enthusiast and an Instagram Star. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Ms. Lindsey Pelas:

I think most of it is pretty organic. I try to do what feels right when it feels right and not rush anything. I also try and keep a positive and respectful attitude with any person I meet or job I’m met with.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine that you may like to share?

Ms. Lindsey Pelas:

I’m really into group exercise right now. I LOVE taking classes throughout the week. I like to alternate Pilates, hot yoga and a boot camp style workout with high intensity intervals.

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Ms. Lindsey Pelas:

I really don’t. I kind of cater my diet to how I’m feeling and what my goals are at the time. I’ve got decent internal radar that keeps me balanced.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.

Ms. Lindsey Pelas:

I wash my face every night with Neutrogena’s soft and gentle face wish. It has no scent or beads or any other unnecessary stuff. I also use a retin-A a few times a week. For my hair, I like to keep my blonde soft with weekly deep conditioning hair masks. I usually just buy the ones on sale at ULTA. As a blonde, you can never be too conditioned.
