You were born in Kaunas Lithuania and now stay in London UK. After high school, you moved to Milan. At the age of fourteen, you decided to pursue modeling and walked the ramp in London, Milan, Paris, and Istanbul. This later propelled your career to the height where you have been at the top of the world of modeling. Tell us more about your professional journey.
Being born in such a small country it’s not easy to get through all the difficulties on the way to the top. I’m proud of my country and roots, but for bigger achievements you need to travel to countries where fashion industry is booming. Especially high fashion. That means you never at home with your loved ones.
Model life is a constant travel, long hours on the planes and sets, meeting new people and mostly never seeing them again. Making friends and then saying goodbye. Also you always have to look your best at any condition, know exactly what the situation is requiring.
Each country has they own unique circumstances and charm. It is amazing to discover all that while you work. Modeling teaches so much discipline and opens up your eyes. But it’s definitely not for everyone.
It is a dream for a model to feature on MAXIM, you were on the cover of MAXIM Australia in October 2021. Tell us more about this spectacular achievement of yours.
This was a last minute offer which I didn’t even have time to prepare myself. The come out was really great considering the circumstances, thanks to great team. We pull up this shoot in 2 days notice and made it happen in Munich. Never even thought in a million years I would be on the Maxim cover. It’s a wonderful experience. I guess when you are doing something publicly it’s always gonna be haters. But that’s how you grown. Wouldn’t change a thing from this experience.
You are the world-leading beauty pageant competitor, social media personality, model, upcoming actress, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
If I have to travel a lot for work and simultaneously work on other projects, like building future home, maintaining relationships it’s definitely challenging. But it’s worth it, I feel great about things I have accomplished in my age. I always remind myself I can relax when I get older.
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Best workouts are high intensity interval training. That works for me, everyone is different of course. But I feel the happiest after hard work out. Other days I play tennis. Also great cardio that keeps me in shape.
How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.
For abs I love abs roller wheel, I do it quite frequently. In beginning it’s hard but after you see great results and when strength is building up you can increase reps. One secret to tone body, would be no matter what your favorite activity is, you just show up every day or as much as you can and just do it. As we all know you can’t buy a fit body, also there is no magic pill that will make you fit. It’s a constant hard work. ….
Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
My diet very simple. Nearly every day I have fasting intervals for 16hours. So my breakfast would be around 1pm, full of protein and fiber. People in fitness world praise so much protein but forgets fiber. It’s extremely important for us. Fish and vegetables are my main food for dinner. Avoiding sugar and carbs as much I can, but I don’t have strict diet. If I feel like sometimes eating pasta I eat it without any regrets.
