What are your go-to healthy snacks for energy during long workdays or photo shoots?
Natalia Hope Moore:
My go to healthy snacks would be raw almonds or pistachios great source of fiber, healthy, fat and protein. But you also have to be careful a handful is all you need.

How do you approach meal planning to ensure your family eats healthily without sacrificing convenience?
Natalia Hope Moore:
There is a lot of times I meal prep for myself and then also meal prep for my family because we eat different things which is perfectly fine so sometimes in your fitness journey, you won’t be able to eat the things your family do and that’s OK. They don’t have to sacrifice because I I am choosing too. Also, crockpot healthy meals are amazing and quick and easy when you get home from work.

Do you follow any specific dietary principles (e.g., plant-based, intermittent fasting)? How do they align with your fitness goals?
Natalia Hope Moore:
Honestly, I believe in the nutrition that you have a balance of carbs, protein, fat, and a calorie to fit your needs is a must….How do they align with your fitness goals? Nutrition is key to reaching your fitness goals.

What does your daily skincare regimen look like? How does it change when prepping for a modeling gig?
Natalia Hope Moore:
I always use a gentle foam wash on my face moisturize morning and night and always make sure to get your neck and the top of your hands How does it change when prepping for a modeling gig? A lot of times before a modeling gig I will use retinol two weeks before then I will use more moisturizer and some Hyaluronic acid that I make from a powder and water and keep in the fridge helps keep the hydration in your face and inflammation down as well!

How has collaborating with SU Cosmetics influenced your approach to skincare? Any standout products you helped develop?
Natalia Hope Moore:
Honestly teaming up with SU cosmetics has been amazing. It makes you want to wash your face. Keep your face clean, then apply makeup and then wash it once again and so excited to do it over again the next day …Any standout products you helped develop? being able to come up with the name of the Makeup line and all the names which are named after fitness names for example, my lip plumper one is called pump and plump so being able to put a little bit of me into the makeup line has been amazing. Another example would be my makeup palette has all of the places I’ve modeled at such as the arch in St. Louis Manoa Falls was in Hawaii Time Square, which I did a runway show so being able to have pieces of me in the Makeup line makes it even more special.

How do you adapt your skincare routine during stressful periods or while traveling?
Natalia Hope Moore:
I do have a little hug because sometimes when life gets stressful and you get some breakage on your face, I take Colgate toothpaste and apply it in within 10 minutes. The inflammation is gone.

Natalia Hope Moore:
Absolutely I look at it as another form of art. What can you create today and it’s just like in the dog grooming field Any crossover tips (e.g., hydration, trimming)? If I could give some tips would be be creative come up with your own style and rock it out. And if you’re not sure what styles you like try all and the right one will find you.

How do you protect your hair from damage caused by frequent styling or color treatments?
Natalia Hope Moore:
Hair mask are the best. Hydrating your hair is also a must.

What are your holy-grail hair care products, and how do they reflect your philosophy on beauty?
Natalia Hope Moore:
SU cosmetics had sent me a modeling pack, and I fell in love with this new product. They introduced to me. Luseta is the name it has hyaluronic acid and a safe on your colored hair, free of sulfites, paraffin, and gluten.
