Ms. Namita Nayyar: We’ve heard you have a sweet tooth, tell us about your all-time favorite dessert?
Ms. Niki: Anything chocolate! Ideally chocolate ice cream with sprinkles and a fudey brownie in it but If we’re going with the healthier alternative I love the Power Brownie Bites I make! They’re sweetened with dates and use nuts & seeds in them!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have thousands of followers of your blog the “Sugary Six Pack”. Tell us more about this endeavor of yours?
Ms. Niki: It just started one day when I saw an account that posted workouts and I thought ‘I could do that, could be fun’. It grew so much more than I ever expected and being able to interact with so many people from all over the place has been an amazing experience! I really believe God had this path planned for me and I’m incredibly blessed to be able to do what I do!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What pearls of wisdom can you give to the inspiring and budding fitness girls who all are your fans and would like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the fitness industry?
Ms. Niki: Stay true to yourself. People want what only you can give them and we all have a unique gift to give! And be consistent!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What do you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and message for its visitors?
Ms. Niki: I’d love to just let people know that they can do it. It’s possible for them to reach their fitness goals and live a life they love. I never could have imagined 3 years ago when I was feeling so lost and unsure of myself that I would be able to turn my passion into something that has an impact on so many people. Work for it, pray about it and get out there because you’ve got great things inside you!
