Ingredients
- Banana-1
- Apple-2
- Skimmed-milk- 1tsp
- Sugar-1 tbsp
- Lime juice-few drops
- Juice of 1 orange
- Nutmeg - a pinch
Instructions
- Blend the banana, skimmed-milk, sugar, and nutmeg powder in a mixer.
- Add a few drops of limejuice, and keep aside.
- Wash, peel, and halve the apples. Remove the cores.
- Spoon the banana mixture onto each apple half.
- Pour orange juice over it and bake at 200 C or 30 minutes, till apples turn soft.
- Refrigerate. Serve cold.
