Ingredients
- Skimmed milk curd-500 gms
- Grated capsicum-150 gms
- Grated carrots-150gms
- Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
- Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
- Canned tuna (optional) - 400 gms
- Canapes (available at most grocery stores) - 30 pieces.
Instructions
- Hang the skimmed-milk curd in a muslin cloth overnight to drain the whey.
- In a bowl, combine the curd, grated capsicum and carrots. Mix thoroughly. (For a non- vegetarian dip add the tuna to this mixture).
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper.
- Refrigerate.
- To prevent the canaps from turning soggy, fill them with the chilled dip just before serving and garnish with fresh coriander.
