Ingredients
- Ricotta Cheese: 3/4 cup
- Muenster Cheese: 4-1/2 ounces
- Worcestershire Sauce: 1-1/2 teaspoons
- Hot Pepper Sauce: 3/16 teaspoon
- Bacon: 6 slices
- Onions green: 3/16 cup
Instructions
- Cube Muenster cheese. Cook bacon and crumble.
- In covered blender or food processor, combine cheeses, Worcestershire and hot pepper sauce. Blend until smooth. Stir in bacon and onions.
- Cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours. Garnish with additional bacon and green onions. Serve with vegetables, fruit or crackers for dipping.
Note: Cheese dip can be prepared and stored in covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
