Ingredients
- 1 cup Onion
- 1 piece Celery, 1 stalk
- 1 medium Banana
- 1 medium Apple, Granny Smith
- 1 medium Potato raw w/o skin
- 24 ounces Chicken broth canned
- 1 teaspoon Curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon White pepper
- 2 cups Cream, heavy whipping
Instructions
- Chop celery and apple and slice the banana. In a saucepan combine the onion, celery, banana, apple, potato, and broth and simmer the mixture, stirring occasionally, for 25 minutes, or until the potato is tender.
- In a blender puree the mixture with the curry powder and the pepper, return the mixture to the pan, and stir in the cream. Heat the soup over moderately low heat, stirring occasionally, until it is hot, but do not let it boil.
