Ingredients
- Pineapple 30 gm
- Strawberry; 50 gm
- Apple: 30 gm
- Orange: 30 gm
- Papaya: 30 gm
- Green grapes: 30 gm
- Black grapes: 30 gm
- Star fruit: 50 gm
- Orange juice: 50 ml
- Lemon: 1
- Sugar: 20 gm:
- Rosemary sprigs: 4 Nos.
Instructions
- Cut star fruit into cm slices.
- Cut the rest of the fruits except grapes into cubes.
- Soak them in orange juice and lemon juice for about 20 min.
- Skewer the fruits with rosemary springs and grill for a few minutes, basting continuously with orange juice.
- To make the caramel sauce, caramelize sugar in a saucepan and add enough water to make a sauce. Add rosemary and keep aside.
- Arrange the fruit kebabs in the plate.
