Ingredients
- 2 small melons (Kharbooza)
- 1 small apple or any fruit of your choice
- 3/4 cup fresh anaar ke dane (pomegranate seeds) or a few grapes
- 4 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
- a few mint (poodhina) sprigs
Instructions
- Wash melons. Make deep 'vvv' cuts in the centre of the melon (zig zag cuts). Pull apart carefully to make 2 melon cups. Remove seeds & empty the cups.
- Chill the melon cups by keeping them in the chill tray of the refrigerator.
- At serving time, cut the apple or any fruit of your choice into 1/2" cubes. Mix anar ke dane or grapes.
- Fill the fruit in the cups. Sprinkle 1 tsp honey over the fruits.
- Sprinkle 2 pinches of cinnamon powder. Arrange a spring of mint & serve.
