Ingredients
- Rice flour 200 g
- Besan 100g
- Roasted 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Fresh butter 50 g
- Salt to taste
- Til seeds 5 tsp
- Hing 1/2 tsp
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Tie the rice flour in a cloth and steam it in a steamer for five minutes.
- Remove and mix with the roasted besan and other ingredients.
- Add water and knead to a soft dough.
- Take small quantities of the dough and put it into a chakli or muruku mould and press into hot oil.
- Fry each to a golden colour.
