Ingredients
- Boneless chicken: 1 kg
- Onions: 200 gms
- Garam masala powder: 5 gms
- Tomato puree (fresh): 200 gms
- Ginger-garlic pasta: 10 gms
- Red chilli paste: 15 gms
- Coriander power: 10 gms
- Salt to taste: oil-10 ml
- Coriander leaves: 10 gms.
Instructions
- Wash and cut the chicken into medium size pieces, keep aside.
- Heat the oil. Add garam masala and chopped onions, and saut well.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and fry lightly. Pour in tomato puree, add the other spices and cook for a while.
- Add the chicken pieces, stir; cover and cook on a slow fire till the meat is tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
