Ingredients
- Diced ripe mango 150 gms
- Chopped red chilies 5 gms
- (Olive / sesame / mustard ) 20 ml oil
- Mustard seeds 2 gms
- Ginger juliennes 5 gms
- Chopped mint leaves 10 gms
- Low fat yogurt 150 gms
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the diced mangoes in a salad bowl.
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add the mustard seeds and allow to crackle.
- Add the chopped red chilies, stirfry briefly.
- Pour the tempering over the diced mangoes and allow to cool.
- Beat yogurt and add half of the ginger juliennes and chopped mint to to it.
- Stir the yogurt into the mangoes and garnish with the rest of chopped mint leaves and ginger juliennes.
