Instructions
- PREPARE the marinade with olive oil, finely chopped herbs and seasoning. Apply to the chicken and marinate overnight. The next day bake it in the tandoor for 12 to 15 minutes until the chicken is done and well browned.
- Serve the chicken with sauted mixed vegetables and roasted rosemary potatoes.
