Ingredients
- 18 pieces Onions green, 1 pcs
- 6 medium Garlic clove minced, 1 medium
- 6 teaspoon Olive oil
- 3 teaspoon Salt
- 3 teaspoon Thyme, ground
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 48 ounces Cream Cheese
- 12 Tablespoons Milk Whole
- 42 ounces Pepper red, roasted 1 jar
Instructions
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
- In a bowl, cook onions, garlic, and oil, covered, on High 3 to 3-1/2 minutes until tender, stirring once during cooking. Stir in drained and chopped red pepper, salt, thyme, and pepper, cook 1 minute.
- Place cream cheese quartered, on red pepper mixture. Cook on Hi 30 seconds to 1 minute until softened. Add milk; stir until smooth. Refrigerate. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
