Ingredients
- 2 (250 g ) avocadoes, sliced
- 10 lettuce leaves
- 8 rose apples
- 40 g small gherkins
- 20 g red pimientos, julienned
- 50 g carrot, chopped fine
- 40 g red cabbage, julienned
- 8 black olives
- 8 (80g) olives
- 1(75g) tomato, cut into a rose, for garnishing
- 2 limes, sliced
Instructions
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
- Arrange the lettuce leaves on a starter plate.
- Arrange the avocadoes over them.
- Slice the rose apples into rings and arrange them along with gherkins along the lettuce leaves.
- Sprinkle red pimiento, carrot and red cabbage juliennes on the lettuce bed.
- Decorate with the olives, then garnish with the tomato rose.
- Serve with wedges of lime and vinaigrette or herbal dressing of your choice.
