Ingredients
- Tuna canned 19-1/2 ounces
- Yogurt Plain 9 Tablespoons , low fat
- Mayonnaise 6 Tablespoons
- Onion minced 6 Tablespoons
- Horseradish 4-1/2 teaspoons
- Parsley fresh 6 teaspoons
- Cayenned pepper 3/8 teaspoon
Instructions
- Drain tuna well. In a food processor puree the tuna, yogurt, mayonnaise, onion, drained horseradish, finely chopped parsley, and salt and pepper to taste until the mixture is smooth.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, sprinkle it with cayenne, and serve with crackers or toasted pita triangles.
