As an Athlete
When I first awake in the morning, I give God thanks and praise for the new day. I have a light breakfast of oatmeal. My husband and I would sit and chat for a few minutes before getting ready for practice. At practice I warm up and go through my work out before heading to the gym. Once I get home I have lunch, and then spend time with my two dogs. Spend time with my husband, have dinner, and call it a night.
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
I would usually start off with a nice jog to get the blood flowing, then I get started with some mobile exercises, after that we do drills, and then jump straight into the main workout. After that we would have gym and abs work.

Five foods that I absolutely love are: Grilled Chicken, pasta, salads, steak, and baked potatoes
