Mommy Blogger Sia Cooper Answers The Most Asked Mommy Questions

With over 1 million social media followers, Sia Cooper was just ranked one of the “25 Most Influential on the Internet” by TIME magazine. This impressive 29 year old Destin, FL mom of two kids under the age of 4 is a former nurse who was among an underpaid force of healthcare workers. When her “Diary of A Fit Mommy” blog began to take off she decided to build a career and business out of reaching as many people as she can.

To talk about the most common issues that new or first time mothers face during pregnancy and after, we have Sia Cooper join us at Women Fitness, sharing her own experiences with pregnancy and thereafter.

NN:

How do you find the time to workout?

SC:

My favorite time to work out is in the morning because I start procrastinating or getting busy as the day goes on. I normally work out during my children’s nap time or, if they are awake, I let them join in. They even have their own tiny sized dumbbells!

NN:

What are your healthy snacking options?

SC:

I have been on a keto kick lately eating high protein, low-carb snacks such as string cheese, boiled eggs, nuts, seeds, and beef jerky.
