#8 Strawberry Caprese Skewers:

Ingredients:

  • Fresh strawberries Fresh mozzarella balls
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze

Directions:

  • Thread a strawberry, a mozzarella ball, and a basil leaf onto a skewer. – Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  • Drizzle the skewers with balsamic glaze.
  • Capture a high-resolution photo showcasing the colorful and appetizing skewers.

#9. Raspberry Oat Bars:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries – 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, and melted coconut oil.
  • Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
  • In another bowl, gently mash the fresh raspberries with a fork. Stir in the chia seeds.
  • Spread the raspberry mixture over the oat crust.
  • Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the sour cream.
  • Fold in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and fresh blueberries.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Capture a high-resolution photo of the moist and flavorful blueberry lemon loaf.
