Alice Connors on Purpose and Progress

Namita Nayyar:

You participated in Miss Europe Continental in Italy and won the Miss United Kingdom beauty pageant title. Elaborate on your spectacular achievement.

Alice Connors:

Miss Europe Continental had to choose one women to win the crown for each country. The chosen women would then fly to Italy and perform on television for the Miss Europe Continental Television Show watched by more than two million people internationally.

I won the crown for Miss United Kingdom; I was very surprised and very happy I felt privileged to represent my country. Before flying to Italy I wanted to share this experience. So I donated a huge amount of small crowns to little girls in hospitals. I also donated medical supplies to the other patients and terminally ill patients. Whilst representing my country I also ran a marathon.

To my surprise a letter came under my door from The King of England. In the letter he had wrote he found it heartfelt to find out I found joy in helping others. I flew to Italy and represented my country
We had intense training and choreography. I was very tired from all the work I had put in back home before getting to Italy and there was even a moment I stepped off rehearsals backstage to take a few minutes to take a break, before getting back on stage. I remember being so tired from rehearsals that on my show day I was almost falling asleep whilst my makeup artist was doing my makeup.

Then the press came and the public, to watch us. I then went on the red carpet and managed to push through everything. It was hard work but then I stepped out on stage thousands watching, and over two million television viewers. But every step was worth it.

Namita Nayyar:

You were featured on the New York Times Square Billboard. Tell us more about this milestone in your modeling career?

Alice Connors:

One of my dreams in the modeling industry was to have my work featured on a billboard. Growing up watching Hollywood actresses and documentaries on models that had been successful in the industry they had been featured on billboards and had played roles in films.

After being 10 years in the modeling industry, years of perseverance and hard work. I had an offer for my work to be featured in New York Times Square. On the 1st of June 2023 my billboard went up in New York Times Square.

The day was even more rememberable because it had been featured on Marilyn Monroe’s Birthday. Soon after my billboards went up in Hollywood USA. Then I had billboards displayed in London Notting Hill Gate. It was interesting to learn that the area my billboard was placed in was where they had filmed Nottinghill the movie starring Julia Robert’s, so after meeting with photographers at my billboard. I took a walk. Down to the actual store where they filmed the Notting Hill Movie.

Patience and perseverance is the key.

Namita Nayyar:

You are a model, beauty pageant winner, multiple bikini category champion and social media influencer. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Alice Connors:

Truthfully it can be very challenging at times. Flying around the world and doing shows back to back. In order to take care of myself I make sure to eat clean. It is very important to eat healthy. I also workout and do a lot of swimming.

Namita Nayyar:

You have featured in many fashion magazine covers such as Celebrity StyleCruze, Eclair, Vanity Vip and Leaders Magazine UK. Tell us how this has been a catalyst in your meteoric rise as a supermodel.

Alice Connors:

I have really enjoyed collaborating with these magazines it has been great for my portfolio enhancement, networking, credibility and exposure. I have over 45 international publications by now. After connecting with so many magazines, I have also done publishing for many companies.

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Alice Connors:

Swimming is a full body workout I would recommend it. Regular swimming has been shown to improve memory, cognitive function, immune response, and mood.

Namita Nayyar:

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.

Alice Connors:

To train my Abs I use the pull up bar I also do abs wall exercises and sit ups. If you want to keep bread in your diet, the healthiest bread for building and maintaining abdominal muscle would be whole grain.

Namita Nayyar:

Women Fitness talks about diets and fitness regime, do you follow any special diet? What is your favorite cuisine?

Alice Connors:

I do love Italian.
