Women Fitness is a world reference on food and lifestyle, information that we should always read. I liked the interview by Dita Von Teese, seeing a celebrity share her tips, advice and how a star should maintain themselves, it is always good, whether to have a different point of view, add something to your routine, or learn about new methods to improve our lifestyle.
“My body and face are my livelihood so I look after them.” What skincare and hair care routine do you follow every day, after a sweaty workout?
After bathing in the shower I apply body scrubs, and for the hair I use a shampoo that is not aggressive or damages the capillary leather. I only put conditioner on the tips to avoid greasiness, and once a week a mask to moisturize. On the skin, I use creams moisturizers and sunscreens in the morning, and before bed I remove all my makeup and put on a lotion to sleep, I usually get a Dermo abrasion to remove dead skin cells.
You have an incredible social media following on your account @ana_espinola_b. What do you absolutely love about social media?
What I like the most about social networks is the speed and power of information, you have access to everything what happens 24 hours on the other side of the world. It is a great platform for all entrepreneurs and a way to make ourselves known. What I like the most is the ability to connect all of us in such an easy and quick way.
