Namita Nayyar:
Looking ahead to International Mother’s Day 2026, Artemis Luxe will likely celebrate women in a unique way. If you could share one message with working mothers who are trying to balance ambition, family, and self-care, what would it be?
Anna Perrotta:
My message to working mothers would be this: balance is not perfection, it is alignment. Some days you will give more to work, some days more to family, and both are valid. Do not measure yourself by guilt—measure yourself by presence. You do not need to be perfect, you need to be real.
Namita Nayyar:
Many of the women on your advisory board are mothers themselves. How does motherhood (your own or observing others) influence your leadership style and the way you design events and experiences at Artemis Luxe?
Anna Perrotta:
Motherhood teaches empathy, patience, and perspective. Even observing the incredible mothers around me has shaped how I lead. It reminds me that success should never come at the cost of humanity. At Artemis Luxe, we design experiences that honor the whole woman—not only the professional identity, but also the emotional and personal journey behind it.

Namita Nayyar:
Your success story is not a straight line—it moves from media to automotive to luxury to entrepreneurship. What is the one decision you made that looked risky at the time but turned out to be the most rewarding?
Anna Perrotta:
Moving to Dubai in 2017 was the riskiest and most rewarding decision. I left a strong European foundation to start again in a completely different market. It was uncertain and uncomfortable, but it transformed my career and my mindset. It taught me that growth often begins where comfort ends.
Namita Nayyar:
Let’s talk about resilience. You operate in a high-pressure industry with glamorous events, gala dinners, and press tours. How do you maintain mental clarity and emotional balance?
Anna Perrotta:
Mental clarity comes from boundaries and rituals. I protect my mornings, I stay selective with my energy, and I remind myself that glamour is not peace. I believe elegance starts with emotional discipline. Reflection, silence, and staying connected to purpose help me remain balanced in a very fast world.

Namita Nayyar:
Do you follow a specific exercise routine (e.g., Pilates, strength training, yoga, or high-intensity intervals)? How many times a week do you train, and at what time of day?
Anna Perrotta:
I believe movement is essential, both physically and mentally. I usually combine strength training, and walking, around four to five times a week. Morning sessions work best for me because they create focus for the rest of the day. I prefer consistency over intensity.
Namita Nayyar:
Italian cuisine is beautiful but rich. How do you balance enjoying authentic Italian food with staying energetic and healthy for your demanding schedule? Do you follow any particular diet (Mediterranean, intermittent fasting, plant-based)?
Anna Perrotta:
I follow a Mediterranean lifestyle more than a strict diet. I love authentic Italian food and I never believe in extreme restriction. Balance comes from quality, portion awareness, and listening to your body. I prioritize fresh ingredients, hydration, and simplicity. Luxury should also exist in how we nourish ourselves.
