Introduce us to a day in your life.
A day in my life :). I always try to sleep as late as I can. I am not an early morning person! You should see me try to make myself breakfast when it’s too early. I think I break everything in the kitchen, end up stepping on blueberries and forgetting to put eyeliner on one eye! Anyway, I wake up, eat, walk my dog, next, I get a gym session in, get ready for the day, open my computer and start working on my projects. I am currently lining up brands to work with to develop my Instagram as an Influencer, and for the long term, I am planning on introducing a new practice, from Hawaii to Australia! Stay tuned ;)!
I then coach at F45, head home, cuddle my pup, and head to bed.
Oh and I call my mum every day!
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
I try to stick to the same plan every week, 1 day of cardio, 1 day of yoga/pilates, 2 days of weights. I cannot live without F45, it is the most brilliant workout routine I have ever experienced!
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
I believe that if you have some serious fitness goals, you should have a strict diet, but I have to admit, I do not have the discipline or motivation for that. I try instead to always make the best decision when ordering or buying food. Eating clean, with a lot of protein and water are an absolute must! I wake up with oats and fruits for breakfast, and I eat 3 meals a day, with 1 snack in the afternoon, if I feel hungry.
