How your experience and background of dancing has helped you in your present profession of being a Fitness Expert and Fitness Coach?
Dancers have a way of moving their bodies that others do not. They are aware of their lines, their posture, and body positioning. This movement quality I feel has really allowed me to excel in my range of motion and form when working out which is vital when creating movements and modifications for workouts.
Share the exercise routine that you do to maintain such a bikini perfect physique?
I completely proof that Beachbody programs work. I do one of our home-based workout programs from start to finish religiously. From INSANITY style workouts, to dance workouts, or workouts with low weights high rep like the 21 Day Fix I follow the lead of Beachbody’s Super Trainers to keep my body in peak physical condition year round.
What is your diet? Do you take a particular fixed regulated diet comprising of nutrients and vitamins to keep you in perfect health?
I follow a fairly Paleo like eating plan. My approach is pretty simple. I try to eat foods that will make me healthier. I do not count calories or macros as when I am fueling my body with whole foods I know when I am hungry and when I am not. I drink Shakeology daily in addition to my foods to give me all the vitamins and minerals I need that I may not be getting from my food. And, on occasion, I eat french fries! I love french fries.
