International Playboy Playmate Holly Wolf Unveils Her Fitness And Modelling Secrets!

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Introduce us to your schedule. What is a day like in the life of “Holly Wolf”?

Ms. Holly Wolf:

It really all depends on where I am and what I’m doing. I split my time between photoshoots, cosplaying, gaming and travelling. So things can get very hectic and all over the place. Some months I have several trips going on, which makes me spend a lot of time in airports and getting to locations. Other months I’m trying to cram in as many hours crafting cosplays and getting ready for con season. And other days/weeks I try to stream and game as much as I can, all while trying to make sure I spend as much time as I can with my dog and amazing boyfriend.

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?

Ms. Holly Wolf:

This is where my boyfriend really helps me, since I love to sit at home and game as much as I can with the free time that I do have, I actually don’t get to work out really. My boyfriend, JR Gallarza, is an amazing basketball player who played for the University of Philippines, which is where I met him, and he also trains and coaches, players here in Canada. He helps me stay on track and work out when we have time together. Other than that, I really just walk a lot, I have a very active dog at home which is great, and I always take the stairs, and literally walk everywhere. Living in a city like Toronto is great for that. I also love to hike!

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Ms. Holly Wolf:

I am a vegetarian, and I have been for my whole life, as my parents were that way all through my childhood, and they are no vegans! I also try to not eat any dairy, but don’t mind if it’s in any of my food when eating out. I just don’t cook with any animal products myself, and tend to eat things that don’t contain a lot of animal bi-products.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?

Ms. Holly Wolf:

Honestly I think the skin is contributed towards the lack of dairy and ample amounts of water. I also don’t eat any junk food, and if I do, it’s literally semi-sweet dark chocolate, or some miss vicki’s chips here and there. I love fruits and veggies, which are all full of nutrients our body needs so I’m sure that helps. When it comes to hair.. well I do wear extensions haha, but I do try to keep my hair conditioned and well looked after, and only use heat products when I absolutely have to. It can get hard with all the photoshoots that’s for sure!
