Currently I do not offer any courses online (Hopefully soon). All of my courses are in person. I offer Classic Lash Training Course which is learning the fundamentals of lashing and 1:1 Lash application. The second course is the “Volume lash training course” Which is learning the application of more than one extension.

Every new experience I have modeling or collaborating with different brands is always such an amazing experience that I hold near and dear to my heart. I think the first experience I ever had stepping on stage was probably the most memorable, because from that moment on I knew I wanted to be a fitness model.

PASSION! I absolutely love what I do so it makes it easy to manage. I split my days up so half the time I’m lashing during the days and the other half I’m working on fitness stuff. It adds versatility to my weeks and its super fun, I get to connect with so many great women too!

The 30-day fitness challenge is a pre-designed challenge that I’ve made for both males and women. Not only is it a challenge but I’m teaching you the fundamentals of proper training and nutrition. I give you portion recommendations, food varieties, and an exercise schedule. It’s great for beginners or for people who don’t necessarily want to pay for a coach/trainer.
The 8-week transformation program is another program I’ve designed, except this one you’re being held accountable and tracking your own macros. I not only teach you the fundamentals of proper training and nutrition but I actually teach you how to calculate your own personal calories so that your ability to do things on your own and continue to make progress without plateauing or having to hire a trainer. Whether you want to gain or lose weight everything is broken down for you. As long as you follow the steps you WILL see results.
My online customized coaching is basically just taking the work out of everything for you. I completely customize and design your training and meal plan. Do weekly check-ins and adjustments and accountability checks to make sure we are hitting your goals!
