Jennifer Archuleta: Playboy Magazine’s Playmate & Actress Reveals Her Organic Approach To Pregnancy

Jennifer-ArchuletaJennifer Archuleta is an exceptionally beautiful Playboy magazine’s playmate, an actress and a leading glamour model. She is in conversation with Namita Nayyar President Women Fitness.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You grew up as a cheerleader and a dancer and graduated from Lowellville High School. At the age of nineteen you visited Los Angeles and decided to move there. The first few years in L.A. were tough as you worked for two jobs while taking business classes. Your chance attending of a Playboy party led you to be chosen as the Playmate of the Month for August 2001 and took start your career in modelling. This propelled your modelling career to the height where you have been at the top of the world of fashion and glamour modeling and has also was being featured in the Playboy swimsuit calendar, Playboy Special Editions and many other magazines. Tell us something about this fairy tale journey?

Ms. Jennifer Archuleta:
It was not something I was pursuing. I truly was in the right place at the right time and just got noticed. I was in a weird place at that time in my life. Instant fame, money, and friends was God sent and Hugh Hefner truly made me feel like playboy was my family. Being so young and far away from my own family, it really made me feel happy and safe!

Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You are world leading media personality, model, TV host, reality television personality, actress, poet and a brand ambassador. How you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Ms. Jennifer Archuleta:
I just always loved trying new things. And if I wasn’t good at it at that time I would revisit it and try to conquer it.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Ms. Jennifer Archuleta:
Honestly, I was blessed with good genes I’m not one to watch to much how I eat. I love food! I think being a ballerina for so long just made an easy body type to maintain. At this point in my life I love crossfit.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Jennifer Archuleta: Exceptionally Beautiful Playboy Magazines Playmate and An Actress Reveals her Organic approach to PregnancyMs. Jennifer Archuleta: No after having three kids I eat when I can and sometimes I’ll even eat what they are eating because it’s so easy. Grilled cheese and tater tots are my favorite!

Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?

Ms. Jennifer Archuleta:
I use all natural products now. I love the makeup line Tarte. Sometimes I use grapes seed oil on my face and coconut oil on my hair.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You choose to maintain your pregnancy and birth organically, without the use of drugs. You nursed by making your own organic formula with whey, whole milk, lactose, probiotics, high butter, cod liver oil, nutritional yeast flakes, amla c powder and water. Elaborate on your organic approach to pregnancy?

Ms. Jennifer Archuleta:
As a women I wanted to experience the birth process. Your body truly is amazing. And the pain was manageable. You do release your own kind of pain meds naturally. I feel like doctors sometimes scare women, or want to make the birth easy for everyone. So they have them opt for drugs or a c section. I studied the Bradley method and I knew a natural drug free birth was the best thing for all three of my children and myself. My mother and I also delivered my second child when my husband was out of town. Had I not had a least one natural birth, I probably would not have known what to do. I love being pregnant and the birth experience!
