Thank you! It’s hard to take care of blonde hair! Other blondes will understand this!
Hair care should come from outside and inside. What you eat effects on your skin. Organic veggies, fresh sea food, fresh fruit, plenty of water. Hydration is my number one rule. Hydrate yourself in and out. Protect yourself from the sun. Sunscreen is must be. Whether it is sunny, cloudy, summer or winter. I always want to protect my skin from harmful UVA rays. Certain supplements, and vitamins like biotin and vitamin A&E are helpful for skin, hair, and nails. Hair treatments at home or the salon are of great benefit. I regularly am visiting my dermatologist who helps me if I have any concerns about my skin. The advice be gave me (he is a renowned celebrity dermatologist) was to make cleansing an essential in skin care. You need to clean your skin twice before you apply any products. Basically start with a clean palette before you do anything.

What I came up with can be done on the run or whenever I’m short on gym time, even after we’re long out of quarantine.
