The WBFF Asia (World Beauty, Fitness, and Fashion) third placer in the Diva Fitness category, Quisha Baterna, has shown she’s come a long way from being just a demure office girl to becoming a culinary graduate, online fitness coach, and bodybuilding influencer with her own meal business on the side.
Women Fitness’ President Namita Nayyar catches up with the wonder woman to share her fitness, nutrition and success secrets.

I started my fitness journey about 4 years ago. I was very unhealthy. There was a time that I was skinny then I was fat. When I got fat, I did crash dieting and that made me lose weight. And then I got fat again. It was very unhealthy and I didn’t exercise. Basically, I just didn’t feel good about it all so I started exercising and read a lot about nutrition. I enjoyed it and also I got to have a healthy relationship with food.
