Ingredients
- Rice-100 gms (cooked)
- Tomatoes-2 large (peeled and deseeded)
- Onions- 2 large
- Capsicum-2 large
- Garlic-5 -6 cloves
- Pepper-1/2 tsp
- Oil- 1/2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup- 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste.
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add garlic and onion; saut for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and capsicum; saut till tomatoes are cooked and capsicum is tender.
- Add salt, pepper, ketchup, and rice. Heat through. Remove from fire.
