Ingredients
- Broccoli- 100 gms;
- Carrot-1;
- Pineapple-1 slice;
- Onion-1 small;
- Tomato-1 small;
- Capsicum-1 small;
- Mushroom-2;
- Baby corn-2;
- Lowfat curd -1 tbsp;
- Chili powder - 1 tsp;
- Turmeric power -1 tsp;
- Salt and pepper to taste;
- Red wine- 1 tsp;
- Oil-1.5 tsp.
Instructions
- Cut the onions, tomato, capsicum into chunks of 1" by 1" . Cut the broccoli into large florets. Cut carrot into one-inch square pieces. Cut the mushrooms into halves.
- Marinate all the vegetables and pineapple in curd, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, wine, chilli and turmeric powders for two hours.
- Toss the vegetables and fruit in half a tbsp oil until well coated and thread onto skewers. Grill till done, turning the skewers often.
- Serve with plain rice or pulao.
