Sandra Gal: World’s Best Amateur Women Golf Player Reveals Her Workout, Diet and Beauty Secrets

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You started playing golf at a very young age of five years and reached the pinnacle of success by winning your first event at the Kia Classic. What factors you consider were responsible that made you achieve that?

Ms. Sandra Gal: There are so many factors responsible for me to achieve that, but the most important ones are hard work, a good support team consisting of my parents and my coaches, the love for what I do and being prepared to overcome challenges along the way.

Sandra Gal on Women Fitness: I am grateful to be featured on Womenfitness.net and to be part of a growing movement of women, who are fit, independent and proud of themselves.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Your are a leading a professional golfer, model, plays violin, does painting, dancing, wake boarding, singing and hosting programs. How you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Ms. Sandra Gal: Well, I don’t do everything at once! First and foremost, I am a professional golfer and I am striving to reach my dreams. But part of living a balanced life is having interests outside your work. Painting and music are some of my other passions.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you shall like to share?

Ms. Sandra Gal: I started working with the German Olympic Team at the end of 2013, because Golf is an Olympic sport starting in Rio de Janeiro in 2016. Since then I work considerably harder on my cardio, my core and my back.
