Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you shall like to share?
Ms. Sandra Gal: I started working with the German Olympic Team at the end of 2013, because Golf is an Olympic sport starting in Rio de Janeiro in 2016. Since then I work considerably harder on my cardio, my core and my back.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Sandra Gal: I pay a lot of attention to what I eat. Whenever I can, I like to buy organic foods, especially meat, because I believe in fair treatment of animals. I also try to avoid gluten, diary and sugar. But I do make occasional exceptions 🙂
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hairs. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hairs to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Sandra Gal: I use a hair mask, instead of a conditioner, by Avocado. My favorite facial cream is Dr. Hauschka.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding professional golfers who all are your fans, they shall like to know from you, what they should do for their climb to ladder of success in field of professional golf?
Ms. Sandra Gal: You should never give up. Sometimes the hardest fall is the biggest opportunity to rise.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: How did you feel before and after wining Solheim Cup (representing Europe) in 2011 Team Championships ?
Ms. Sandra Gal: It is the biggest stage in women’s professional golf and it was an honor to not only represent, but also be a part of the winning team and bring the trophy to Europe.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Who has been your greatest influencer and motivator in your success in the field of your career in competitive professional golf ?
Ms. Sandra Gal: Definitely my Dad. He has always believed in me. Without his support, I wouldn’t be, where I am today.
