Introduce us to a day in your busy life? What’s like a day off routine?
My busy days always start really early. I wake up, listen a good song, take a shower, cook my breakfast and go to the studio. There, I spend all day shooting and once I finish, I go to a Pilates class to speed down. I love to finish a long working day with a Pilates class!
In my day off, beyond my dialy routine of exercises, I always try to be in touch with the nature and a good book is essential.
Your meal before and after a workout? The secret to maintain a slim torso.
To me is mandatory to drink a protein shake before and after my work out. Every day!
Your Favorite Meal of the day would be? Why?
My favorite healthy meal is rice, salad and beef! Feed my body and it is a light meal
