Tana is a certified personal trainer and has been into fitness since she was 13 years old. Now 25 with a bigger mission than just getting you fit, Tana has been helping clients find their happiness and health for years.
Tana Cogan was introduced to fitness by her mother at the early age of 13. Over the next few years she had developed a strong passion for fitness and by the age of 18 she started to compete. Realizing she wanted to turn her passion into a career, she decided to become a personal trainer and help others live a healthier lifestyle.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You were introduced to fitness by your mother at the early age of 13. You reached the pinnacle of success when you started your own online personalised fitness program “Train With Tana!”. Tell us about your journey that took you to the the world of fitness?
Ms. Tana Ashlee: I’ve always wanted to make people feel good about themselves! I knew that was my mission in life. So by helping people achieve their short & long term fitness goals, it helps them see that they can accomplish anything!
