Fitness Regime while travelling?
Remember “The Chair” workout ! I can’t recall who created it but I can remember in my teens this was one of the first workouts I retained. I use the chair in my hotel room for plies, tricep dips. And so many other exercises! I also do a Pilates inspired mat workout. No matter what every morning I always stretch. Ten minutes of good stretching to open up your hips, legs, chest and focusing on your breath energizes you and keeps you flexible which will contribute to a great day!!
