Vicky Pattison: Sexiest Reality TV Star 2015 Reveals Her Workout, Diet & Beauty Secrets

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are world leading media personality, model, actress, Reality TV star, Style Icon and a brand ambassador. How you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Ms. Vicky Pattison: Lol… When you reel it off like that I feel exhausted!! I love what I do- which gives me motivation to push myself harder, work long hours and keep achieving! It doesn’t feel like work to me! I am fiercely competitive and failure is not a option for me- I suppose this fuels my work ethic! I am also a social person who hates predictability and loves to see new things, meet new people and face new challenges! Every morning I wake up dying to find out what the day will bring! My love for my life keeps me going!

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Ms. Vicky Pattison: I train regularly but like to mix my workouts up! I often do circuit Vicky Pattison: Sexiest Reality TV Star 2015 Reveals her Workout, Diet and Beauty Secretstraining and weights as well as spinning classes and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which features on my 7 day slim exercise DVD.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Ms. Vicky Pattison: I believe in everything in moderation! Plenty of protein, green veg and water! Limit your carbs, sugar and days but never cut anything completely from your diet! Then your body will simply crave it!!! I like to replace one meal a day with either a mini v shake or bar! They’re low in calorie, high in protein, convenient and delicious!

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?

Ms. Vicky Pattison: I make sure I eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly which I think has a huge effect on your skin and hair etc! However I take a mini: Collagen supplement on top of this to encourage healthy skin and hair growth!

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You had a remarkable weight loss of dropping around 50 lbs to get back your stunning bikini physique. Tell us how you were able to achieve that?

Ms. Vicky Pattison:
I achieved my weight loss through a mixture of healthy eating and exercising over a period of around 6 months!
