POP Pilates Creator Cassey Ho Talks About Fitness & Loving Your Imperfections!

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Introduce us to your super-famous fitness trend POP Pilates®. Recently, you’ve launched the toughest body transformation program, PIIT28: an equipment-free Pilates Intense Interval Training workout. Tell us more about it.

Ms. Cassey Ho: POP Pilates is a dance on the mat! It takes your classical Pilates to another level. It’s choreographed to Top 40 music – so it’s faster, more upbeat and FUN! There are over 500 POP Pilates classes taught every week by certified instructors all over the world. And it’s still growing!! You can get certified at poppilateslife.com.

This year I launched PIIT28 which is a combination of POP Pilates and high intensity interval training to help you burn fat, build endurance and gain strong muscle. The workouts are quick, but effective. You can do it in the comfort of your own home. This program will make you the happiest, healthiest and most confident version of yourself!

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?

Ms. Cassey Ho: Because I’m so busy, the quicker the workout, the better. I incorporate a lot of PIIT28 workouts into my routine because I can do them at home or at the Blogilates HQ. I don’t need any equipment. Ever since starting PIIT, my body has become the strongest and fastest it’s ever been!

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Ms. Cassey Ho: I don’t follow any specific diet or plan, but what I do is eat healthy, whole foods. I stick with natural foods like fruits, veggies, whole grains, and healthy fats. They make me feel good, and give me energy throughout the day. But don’t get me wrong, I still indulge in my favourite YOLO (cheat meal) once or twice a week! It’s all about balance and eating foods to fuel your day and lifestyle.
